Tritium Phosphor Illumination
Battery-free tritium phosphor lamps self-illuminate in low-light. The front sight is outlined in yellow and the rear is outlined in black. Trijicon warrants its green phosphor lamps for a period of 12 years from manufacture date.
Protective Aluminum Cylinders
The tritium phosphor gas is protected by an aluminum housing and sealed with a sapphire jewel window that also protects the lamp while evenly transmitting the emitted light.
Silicon Rubber Cushion
Rubber polymer shock-mounting suspends the aluminum housing within the machined steel body, absorbing shock and ensuring reliability even after intense recoil.
